While visiting son during his moving trip, we stopped at a JoAnns in the SF Bay area so he could pic out his quilt fabric. He has requested a warm quilt for his CA king size bed in No Cal by Christmas! Well, I found the paisley he chose at my local Joanns today, and got 2 other coordinating fabrics to go with.

I am now looking for a nice CA KING size pattern -- any suggestions??
I could do a D9P with very large blocks, but not sure that is what I want to do. Thanks!

How about drunkards path and use the stripes for the border?

The fabric choices are beautiful ... so many decisions!

Fabrics are very pretty and should make a beautiful quilt, whatever pattern you use.

Beautiful fabrics. I think something in large blocks might be nice.
