Great Row by Row but it looks like a lot of work!

Thanks for the nice comments. I used 12 rows, and we did visit all of the shops. It's all 11 of the East River ones (half of the state east of the Missouri River) and one from Gregory, which is about 25 miles on the west side. Got 7 of them in one trip, another is from our local store, and one more is near where I work. Then I decided I really wanted the one from Aberdeen, which is near 3 hours north, so we took a day and got the three from the north east part of the state.

I really like the sunflower row too - though the pattern had applique pedals, and I made them 3D to make it more interesting. I think I was also getting tired of applique by then, it was one of the last rows I completed.

What a spectacular quilt you made with your rows. I think it is the most interesting one I have ever seen. Congratulations on a winner.

Wow! That is the most beautiful row by row I've seen. You are a talent Cathy!! I should have met you in Aberdeen. I'm less than 2 hours from there.
