Great explanation. I would consider this more Santa Fe - ish rather than southwestern.

Alexander Henry calls it "Desert Spirit". They just re-did their website (FINALLY) and have a few interesting new items on it.

'Course, knowing them, it doesn't mean that they are still available. They frequently show the pictures, and just collect orders for a long time, until they either get enough to warrant a printing, or they just give up and delete the print. :|
ahhhhh! Now I know why I see something on their website but can't find it anywhere!!!!

    Yes, now you know!

It's really great for their cash flow, though, when you think about it.

They have to print a minimum of 3000 yards of any design. So they wait until they have, I don't know, maybe 2500 yards on order. And they put in an order with the mill, and by the time they receive the fabric (about 3 months later) they have probably sold the last 500 yards. So as soon as it hits their warehouse, it's all spoken for. Or nearly all.

We sell a fair amount of their Senoritas fabric, but whenever I order it, basically I have to get a year's worth. Because I know it will be 9-12 months before they reprint it again.
