    Default Southwest printed fabrics

I was at a quilt show long ago and bought these to put in a Southwest quilt. I have no idea what they are. cotton i think. they are neatly folded over paper and in bags. I was thinking silk but am sure they are not that. Has anyone ever dealt with these? they say Patrick Lose for Hi-fashion fabrics, inc. 1996

His website appears to be dedicated to quilting fabrics, so if I had to guess, I would say they are cotton.

if in doubt ... you could probably either contact him, or do a burn test.

I have some of those-or I should say, "I had some". I purchased mine in Santa Fe many years ago. They are printed on cotton. I used mine in a quilt for a son and daughter-in-law. The quilt hangs on their wall. Since it is a wall quilt, it has not been washed. I used another couple of them on pillows and they held up well.
