I have not worked on this for almost 2 yrs. I'm ready to fininsh it, but I need help deciding how to quilt it, being that the fabric is sooo busy I'm having a hard time of what design I should use to quilt it. What do you think? The border will be the same color as the solid gold you see in the quilt. If you think the pic is too fuzzy I will post another one tomorrow.

How about a simple meandering to give it curve appeal and to just blend into the background and not take away from the design.

I would do a large neander or stipple, that is how I quilt most of mine.

Not sure if it's just the photo, but it looks....shimmery....like a mirage. Going with that, I'd do some simple wavy lines across the width, an inch or two apart, to exaggerate that effect.

I was thinking something wavy or curvy to give the quilt movement. Very pretty. Be sure to show us when you are finished:)

I agree with wavy or curvy lines... a simple meander would also quilt it nicely without overpowering the design.

Please share a photo with us when you are done, I would love to see it!
