You know your post reminded me of something "Charlotte Angotti" said during a quilt lecture in Houston one year....When the lights are out and your under the covers...does it really matter if the points match or the color it right? I like the way she thinks, and you might be surprised if you do a little color arranging with your blocks, at how pretty a quilt you can get from scraps. I think your blocks so far are terrific!

My very first donation quilt was a crumb quilt with hst and the other half was a tone on tone and it turned out pretty well. I enjoyed learning this first, because it got me familiar with sewing, cutting, pressing and squaring without the fear of ruining new fabric! Love the blocks you go girl!

    Looks like fun to me.

I would call it Spaz with Pizazz, or Spazzy Jazzy. 8) 8) 8)

I think they are great! I have always loved crazy quilts and now a modern version>>>>maybe a little bling here and there or buttons and ribbon...I can't wait to see your finished quilt!

I don't think it's possible to be spazzy in any artistic endeavor, especially quilting.

Crumb blocks are so liberating and creative. Not spazzy in the least. You've even matched colors. Shut your eyes next time! It's fun!
