    It's crying out "finish me". Just give it a press, a back made up of stray bits and go nuts with the quilting. Guarantee it will turn out beautifully....and we would love to see it when you are done.:)

    It's always nice to have a back of the car throw, I would tie it as that's the easiest. Good for you trying to save it.

    Poor thing, I am glad you saved her. You will figure out something. I do Like the idea to finish it off for the car or dogs.

    I love this attitude. Your thoughts are so kind. The little animals having a warm bed will know someone loves them. You will be surprisesd how much better this looks when completed. Good for you for rescuing someones work. This may have been the very best of which they were capable. It is a shame they will never know how much better it will look when you are finished. Please post the results.

    A lot of that fullness quilts out.

    Cut it into strips and put solid looking fabric between for a strippy quilt?

    All quilts looks great in the dark. You could tie it and donate to an animal shelter - then you can save another "not quite perfect" top from dispair......
