    Default Spiderweb quilt, "Deep Purple"

Deep Purple is the first time I've used the wrong side of a fabric all the way through a quilt. In relation to the other fabrics in the webs, the right side of the pale teal read as a medium, but I needed a medium light. I resisted the urge to go shopping and used this piece from my stash. I probably would have done better shopping, but I think it works OK.
Green corded piping in the border seam. 112" x 100". Quilted with So Fine on my BabylockTiara.

Materpiece. So many different colors and prints. The final effect is dazzling.

And the piping is the finishing touch.

Lovely quilt and quilting! The quilting enhances the pattern rather then overshadowing it, my favourite kind of quilting!
