    Default Spiderweb table topper finished

While everyone else is doing the christmas thing I just had to try a SW pattern that I found at the Quiltsville site through the QB. Sorry I can't remember what thread.

Doing a table topper gave me the know how I need to now make a full size quilt. And since it was just a practice piece I went a little ______ with the quilting. I do hope it shows up well for you to see.

Warning: Remember this is a SPIDERWEB PATTERN so if you are not fond you may not like. It's okay, I understand. All comments are welcome

Hope it was fun for everyone. I put the close ups of the fabrics so all the neat scraps can be seen.

Thanks for looking. make your day a good one.
    peace

Love your runner, not a spider fan, but I love your top and the quilting.
    Great job.

Awesome! Look how perfectly the points match!
I am working on a queen size SW but mine will not look that good. You know how Bonnie said to make sure to leave the 1/4 inch mark at the bottom? Well I forgot until I was well into my blocks. When I put mine together I will have a little space between the webs but I decided I could live with it since it is a scrap quilt. I am going to tell everyone that I was going for a floating web look rather than touching. Yep, that's my story and I' m sticking to it.

Great job. I don't like spiders at all. I love spider webs though. They are so intricate and delicate. Guess there have to be spiders if I want to see the webs. Oh Well. I love your quilting!
