Tiff, wish you lived near here also. My best quilting buddy is that 9 yo granddaughter (who lives 200 miles from me) and my 2 fur~friends (Nummy and Zippy). I don't belong to a guild so I sew solo!

It's fun sharing ideas, goofs, and pics online.

My goofs go to charity. Either Project Linus or a local shelter for battered women and children.

in2stitching ..that quilt is so sweet! I can imagine that there are quite a few who are hoping you make a goofer soon :-)
I wished we just had snow falling..There are tornado warnings out for here all day :!:
I'm not surprized, it was 80 F yesterday and 70 now.

    I finished "Tubby_Ugly" :!:

I prepared the quilt for binding and left it out with 3 others along with a piece of raw apple cake and pitcher of tea and still the "Binding Fairies" passed over my house.

The next night I left the quilts out with a fancy bowl of cashews and pitcher of margaritas! Still the "Binding Fairies" went elsewhere

So, I stole the treats and did the dang binding myself :!:

Yet another split-9. Now to give it a home.

Sandpat, I couldn't help but giggle at your response. Maybe we all have that one phase of quilting that we don't love as much as others. For me, it has always been the binding.

I finished 3 other quilts with binding and I just wanted this one done. Now I have a stack (4 or 5) that need borders and quilting and all I want to do is piece another!

Maybe the border fairies can be tempted tonight ... if I could just think of what they might like. (the darn borders are already cut and prepped!)
