    No, it is not needle turn applique, it is fused and stitched down. It is an*Edyta Sitar* quilt design ( laundry basket quilts) Edyta is kind offer a ( local gal) has been to our little lqs & taught classes. I love her designs and fell in love with this one. It did have a choice of purchasing precut fused pieces or copying, making your own.
