Moosegirl, your pics are beautiful too.. I am just getting rid of the last snow here. Have some tulips breaking ground but everything else is still waiting for sun.

Love the iris and dogwood, Moosegirl. I think the dogwoods are about through blossoming in my area, but we still have lots of other garden plants. Right now, I have 3 colors of roses, lavender, columbine, amaryllis, geraniums, begonias, among others. Jodi, you may be a bit disappointed in the Brenham area. We were there week before last and couldn't find the usual display. However, there were a few spots of fields with clusters of people getting photo of family. I have transfeered some photos to fabric (for inclusion in quilts) but would like to see a diffferent setting. I did a crazy quilt for my mother-in-law with pictures from her childhood and early family days....thinking...

Thank you for sharing some of your Texas Spring. AZ is pretty dry and devoid of our usually colorful spring wildflowers. It doesn't matter where we live we all need to see Spring's Array of color to feel the change of seasons. :D :D :D
