I love it as it was, cheater quilts are just as good as pieced. I use a whole cloth if the piece is real pretty and I can't bear to cut it up. I just put borders on it, quilt it and usually keep it for myself.

I also want to know where you got that fabric. I'd like to have some of it too, maybe in blues, or purples.
I bought this fabric at my local quilt shop...they only had this color way......but it is by Anna Fishkin for Red rooster Fabrics it is called "Promises" ( Don't you just love that name?...Screams Spring to me!)...anyway I hope this helps.

Thank you. I looked up Red Rooster fabrics and then clicked on Where To Buy and found several quilt shops in this area carry it.
You should click on Up Coming and look at the Hawaiian Quickie Quilt fabric. I think that's the one I'm going to wait for. As much as I like your's I've always wanted something that looks Hawaiian and what better way than without all the applique?

The appliqued vines are perfect. They "make" this quilt.

It's a very attractive quilt and nothing wrong with panels already done for you. The designers were very cleaver with their pattern!!
