Wow! I love how it looks so far and can't wait to see the finished product. What a great way to use up left overs.

I just paid attention and noticed you are in France. It reminded me of this pen pal I have in France, down in Romagne, that I have been talking to since high school. :)
Hey Romagne is not all that far from us - just the next 'departement' or county along! A good hour's drive, no more! We go there to the Vallée des Singes with the kids which is a monkey sanctuary! :-D

This is a good pattern for HST. It is my favorite.

There is but I got it with an ad for a magazine. Admin won't let me pass it on. Basically, it is just what you have done (HSTs) arranged in a Barn Raising layout. There are 3 other layouts you can do. Just play with them and it will come together.
Have fun. Hey, Rose Marie has it!

It will turn out great !!! I have lots of squares to make into something, I cut them out years ago, before rotary cutters. When I plan to use them I always have something different planned to make. I hope to get lots of things used up when I retire this summer.

Awesome! I am hoping to one day be able to travel to France. It is on my list of things to do in life.
