Marcia, we wave bags of M&M's behind the photographer's head to get the kids attention :roll: :roll: :lol: :lol: they know they get them as soon as the pics are taken and we get them changed out of their good clothes :lol: :lol: :lol:

Amma great idea on the m & m's! I have a hard time getting all the kids to look at the same time too!
