Stack and whack is a technique of taking 6 to eight layers of the same fabric, and stacking them to where the pattern on each layer is exactly the same all the way through. Then you cut them into wedges and lay them out like a pie. You never know what it's going to look like, so there is always an element of surprise.

I love your Stack & Whack. I am not normally a fan of S&W. They just appear too busy to me. I like a more modern, simplistic, big block type quilt. You created the calmness that I need in a quilt with the snowball blocks. I collect fabric, especially fabric with big bold patterns. I'm already thinking which wonderful piece of fabric I have that would be perfect for your design. Thank you for the inspiration.

I love the way you put it all together. I haven't made one and you inspire me to get started. I think your fabric is perfect. Thanks for inspiring. I have done at least 10 OBW, this is similar yet I love your way of tying it all together.

Your quilt is beautiful! And the fabric you used - so perfect for S&W. All the blocks are so different, and all are amazing.
