    You can make these with fusible web and black bias strips too, and sew the bias strips by machine...no hand work needed :wink:

    Thanks so much for all the compliments and also it is not that difficult to do. just lots of patience is needed with all the black. We did not use bought bias binding as we decided to make it ourselves. Cut the strips and then folded into 3 and then tacked them. pinned and then sewed. Some were cut 3cm or 4cm and maybe we will have to do 2cm for the tiny buds. We are going to try satin ribbon and see how it goes. Also we are a group that do not use our sewing machines at meetings so all is getting done by hand.
