I just do not like the binding but I do like it when it is done.

As beautiful as this quilt and quilting is, I wouldn't worry about the binding! WOW

All my quilting is free motion, pantographs in my opinion are like binding but worse. Like walking in someone else's footsteps.

This quilt is absolutely beautiful and the quilting is stunning. Thanks for sharing with us. I must be crazy but I actually love to do bindings since I finally learned how to do them and I keep getting better with each one. Maybe I especially like it because it is the finishing touch on the quilt. When the binding is done I can rejoice that I am DONE with the quilt.

Your star quilt is just gorgeous. Fantastic colors. Been quilting for 30+ years and never heard of binding with yarn. Even though you included a small picture, I'm not sure what I'm seeing. Must be having another menopausal moment.
