Your quilts are beautiful! If I may ask, did you find the pattern for the first quilt in a Fons & Porter magazine? I ask because I entered a baby quilt contest they had a few years ago, won honorable mention and they published my pattern in one of their magazines. I had named my quilt "A Star is Born" The only difference being my pattern had a sawtooth border, fabrics you used are very close to what I had chosen. If it is my pattern, it is great to see someone liked it enough to make their own version.

    Great quilts!

I'll check on the pattern when we get back home (traveling for the next couple of days). But it's very possibly from Fons and Porter - it's one of the few magazines I subscribe to.

Both are great! I love the twinkling effect in the first.

Yes, Yes, Yes!!! I was racking my brain and so I went on Fons and Porter's website and found the pattern and it is in fact your pattern. I didn't do the sawtooth border because they scare me. And I did follow your colors - I loved it the minute I saw it. Thank you so much for stepping forward with your post and most of all for designing the pattern. Have you designed any other patterns that we should all know about???

They each have their own beautiful charm. Love them both.
