    Default Starry Night

I just finished this One Block Wonder for my cousin who just retired from the NYC transit authority. He is coming to visit on Sunday. At first I didn't care for how the hexagons came together. I think I prefer lighter, brighter colors. My daughter helped pick out the border fabrics and as I worked on it, I began to appreciate it more. I also convinced myself that it was a nice masculine quilt. My daughter said it reminded her of Starry Night, so that is what I named it.

Your quilt is exceptional!! I just know that he's going to love it!

I would love to see the original piece of fabric.

I love this quilt. It always amazes me when you see the finished OBW quilt. It's hard to imagine what it will be like after seeing just the fabric.
