Stars Over Log Cabin
#1
Sorry I haven't written for so long. My Mom died last October 18 and then I got laid off Oct. 28. But started a new job on Dec. 7.
My son moved in with me last May when he graduated college and has the computer in his room. So I look at all the WONDERFUL quilts on my computer at work, but don't feel I should log in and spend more time. But I have a minute to breath now so wanted to show you this quilt.
It is a Stars Over Log Cabin that was a class at our local Guild a year ago this month. I finished it last September and sent it out for quilting and got it back in November. I just love it.
By the way, my quilt "Twisted Log Cabin" in my avatar won first place at our local Fair last September. Maybe I'll submit this one at this year's Fair.

Sorry for your loss. The quilt is stunning. The quilting is also beautiful. By all means, you need to enter this one in this year's fair. It's got "winner" written all over it. Thanks for sharing. Your mom is smiling.

I really think your quilts are stunning. I especially love the black white and red one. The quilting is great!
ps) Please except my condolences on the loss of your mother. That is a very hard happening in anyone's life.
