    Thank you everybody! I think it will look pretty nice. I am making the second block now and then I'll post a picture of it.

    With that chain block in there, that navy is going to shoot right across the quilt and make it sing!

    Really like this pattern. Have never done a block this size myself. Please post more as you progress so we can all be inspired. Keep up the fantastic work.

    Oh, I should of said that I'm making the second Northern Lights Star block now. I can't make the chain block until I make 4 of the star blocks. I'm about half done with the second block.

    I'm hurrying!
