Very nice! They look like a hard block to put together.

The icicles are really pretty....but...BRRRRR...could you just keep that cold stuff up north??? Please?????

Love your blocks. That is one I haven't tried although I do like it. I can't decide if I like the dark one or the scrappy one better. I'll have to wait for the finished quilts...hint...hint....

What a beautiful picture although I'm glad it's there not here.

Love the quilt blocks. Both but I really like the scrappy one.

I love them both, but I especially like the scrappy one with the white background. Wow! Gorgeous sunset!

There will be 2 quilts. The cream background is my friend's blocks and the dark background will be mine. It may be a while before it is done, the blocks take a while to put together and I am working on 2 other quilts as well. I lay out the 20 pieces for each block in stacks and do 4 - 6 at a time. You can also paper piece this block.

The pink icicles were caught during an unusual sunset that was really beautiful and when I saw the ice take on the color I snapped this pic from our back porch. You can just see the crabapple tree through the icicles. It is also unusual that the Cedar Waxwings haven't cleaned the leftover fruit off. But, the deer come at night and browse the bottom branches and in the morning you can see where they have laid down under the tree.
