    Question about using the Stitch In the Ditch method. Here is a picture of a centerpiece I just finished piecing. I'm going to try using the SITD method. How much stitching do I do? Over every seam?

    That's a good question, but I don't know the answer! So, I'm going to watch this and see what the experts say.

    I think I would SID to outline the star and the flowers. Then maybe along the green border.

    Thanks, Diane!! It's a Carol Doak pattern. lol

    Thanks to everyone!! I think I'll do the star and the flowers. If it needs more I can always do more. I think that'll be enough though.

    How much stitching you do will depend on the quilt batting you use.
