I have allot to learn but I am enjoying this so much. I have made lots of mistakes and ripped out many seams but hanging in there. It will be awhile before I dare to tackle an actual quilt but am looking forward to trying one. It will probably be a QAYG method. I am looking forward to trying the cotton theory, at least on a small project to begin with and then maybe work my way up. My picture taking skills leave allot to be desired so these pics are a bit dark. I just love this board and am so glad I found it. Thanks for so many wonderful tips and ideas.

    Blessings to all!

    Crazy quilt as you go.

This is my first one and points could have been better.

I didn't use a pattern for this one. It is pieced using my serger and then I did FMQ with my sewing machine. I did SITD around all the strips.

Great work, you are doing wonderful. Love the toppers, especially the last one, but I'm partial to green. You have done a good job. Keep it up.

I just noticed the last 2 are the same pattern just different fabric. So tell me what pattern is it? Love them.

I didn't use a particular pattern. I have a book called "Crazy Shortcut Quilts" by Marguerita McManus & Sarah Raffuse. I used the techniques in that book. Marguetita also has some good tutorials for doing this on youtube.
