    Default Stitchery and Patchwork wallhanging

I started making the little house stitchery from a Gail Pan pattern that was in Quiltersnewsletter a couple of years ago. I don't do much handwork, but when we travel by car I like to have something to work on. I finally finished up the stitchery on a road trip last fall. On Super Bowl Sunday I put it together with some simple patchwork and decorative stitches on my sewing machine. The rickrack is probably as old as I am, (don't even ask) my Mom had it in her vintage venerable stash. I enjoyed making this little quilt, I hope you enjoy looking at it.

I love it. That reminds me, I have some similar stitchery projects that need to be finished.
