I love those designs! My kids hate to with me anywhere because I see quilts no matter where I am.

Seeing this quality of architectural detail gives the feeling that the ones who designed it and made it cared for the quality their work, doesn't it? As if they knew that they had time to do it right the first time, and that they wanted people to notice, and participate in that quality, as viewers.
As if things, and people and places really mattered.
