    Default Storing quilts

I saw somewhere that it was better to roll quilts for storage so it being a really wet miserable day I talked my hubby into helping me. He had got me a lot of pipes from his work so I set about covering them and then he rolled them on and I made tube like covers for them. It will keep them dust free and I think better than folding.

Should help prevent creases! Thoughtfully done.

I understand the folding but how do you keep it from unrolling? Put ties around? How do you store to rolls? If you stand on end they will bunch to the bottom.

Hi I have a large shelving space which will hold them have safely. I have named them on outside of covering so don't have to untie or open them

I would like to see the pics after you put them in their covers. Could you post some more?
