    I have made two Storm at Sea quilts and they are a lot of work. This one was a little easier because I overcut all the triangles that went around the squares and diamonds in each block and then trimmed the blocks to the exact size. It took a little more time, but I didn't have to struggle with fitting it together, especially the long points that went around the diamonds.

    Awesome!! Did you use templates, etc. to make this? I'm going to be starting one for my niece shortly and was wondering what you thought for sake of easieness.
