I love this pattern and you have selected the most beautiful fabrics. I know the recipients will love them.

To all the quilters who asked me if they're easy to make, how much time I took to make one, etc....well the first one was a bit mind boggling, then the next one was easier and by then I was "hooked"....be careful they're VERY addictive!!! And I would say it takes about something like 6-8 hrs to make one. So good luck to all the ones who are on their first try but believe me, they're fun to make!!! You all have a good week!!!

I am impressed with how all of your centers came together perfectly. I made my first Strata star last year but I had a gap in the middle... musta done something wrong. Yours are beautiful.

My first one didn't turn out so good either in the middle but in the meantime I've learned that if I sew 4 patches together, then the other 4 patches, which gives me the 2 halves of the star and then sew the 2 halves together, it's easier to match the middle Good luck next time!!!

Very pretty. I made a couple and found it fun to do. Love the different color combos.

Very Pretty! - I see you only used 4 fabrics - are they 2 1/2" strips?

Hi MaryJane!!! Yes, I had ripped Nejie's CD onto my computer and I've been playing it too and am always amazed at how beautiful her voice is. Actually I ave a friend who has gone through quite a bit of hardship this year so I will make her a copy as I'm sure she will enjoy it too to listen to this beautiful music and singing in this special time of the year which should give us hope and peace!!! Thank you again!!! HUGS <3
