    I made this quilt for my mother's birthday a couple of years ago. It's a lap/grandbaby quilt, about 4 ft. square.

    The pattern came from a website: http://www.oocities.com/quiltfrenzy_...iecedstar.html

    There are charts to make stars of basically any size you want.

    I used mostly fabrics from my stash, and scraps. After I finished I found my supply of strings to be barely depleted. I'm pretty sure they reproduce in the dark.

    It’s BEAUTIFUL!! The blue is so pretty with the scraps. The scenery in the background is so pretty. Thank you for sharing the picture and the pattern too! :thumbup:
