    It always amazes me how great scrappy quilts look when finished. I have such a hard time putting mis-matched fabrics together, then I see a beauty like yours and I want to give it a go!

    I love your string quilt, the last one I did was a baby quilt and I did the quilt as you go method and my machine has a lot of decorative stitches and I use those in the strips. It was a very fun quilt to do.

    I like the contrast of the solid blocks with the string blocks. I love the colors in both quilts. Nice job!

    I really like the second one. This is the sort of quilt my husband likes and now I see why. It made up beautifully, although I'm sure the other one was more work.
