Default Strip Twist Quilt pattern by Bonnie Hunter free on her site

I was getting too many 2 1/2 inch strips and decided to try this pattern with them. It was fun and easy to make. I love how the construction gives so much movement to the blocks. I used mostly brights on this one.

It looks great. I adore Bonnie Hunter and her scrappy quilts. I have made at least 8 of her patterns and used her ideas in my own designs.

Great quilt, and I too use a lot of Bonnie Hunter'sr free scrappy quilt ideas. I think I found her when my scrap bins started to overflow and was looking for something fun, fast and pretty to use for the scraps.

I keep meaning to make one of these because they look so nicely dimensional. You did a great job!
