    wow!! It is nice. I sew in our basement too, and love it. like you said, it is nice and cool in the summer and the wood stove keeps it warm in the winter.

    I am so jealous! I love your space!! I have about a 15ft by 20ft room that I share with the computer / office. AWW... someday when the kids are grown. (don't want to rush em)

    knotty pine look good .it can be expensive terring out panling.i have it all over my house it was built in the 60's. and has plaster behind it so instead of tearing it out i purchased some plaster patch and put it in the spaces and smoth off.than sand after apintring it looks just like dry wall not as much time and expense

    I think you have done a great job and have been very resourceful. The former post was right about the knotty pine. It is hot now! I love that your room is so open. Thanks for showing it to us. .
