    Beautiful DRW, I love the look of applique and hand quilting and yours looks lovely. Your daughter has a treasure.

    This is my most difficult and rewarding quilt. The cutting alone took 4 days. The piecing took about a month's work. The pattern is called Eldon and it is all Y seams. It was started as a project at a quilt retreat. I don't think I would have ever picked it up on my own, but I just love it. I have used the star block many time since. It makes a beautiful table topper.

    I posted this in December. It's a paper pieced, Judy Neimeyer pattern called Winter Wonderland. It's my pride and joy right now. Each snowflake alone has 144 pieces (Yes...I counted them!).
