    Default Summer Brights

Here is a quilt I just finished quilting....had a slight delay on fmq because of humidity. It is 96x96 and the pattern is just one that I made up, utilizing jelly rolls. The colors are very bright and flowery, the pic doesn't show very well.

Beautiful work! Quick question - why would humidity cause a delay? For me, I personally just can't function in heat with high humidity but does humidity have an effect on actual quilting? I'm new so please forgive me if this is a silly question.
