Our local village has its annual fete day early next month, and I am taking a few small items for a stall. I love making the little items, especially the kiddie bags and finding a little teddy or similar to match.

Those cat and dog bags are adorable!!!
I have seen patterns for them, but the pictures that have been shown of them just don't do them justice as yours have. They are just too cute!!!

No, Patrice, wish they were. From Country Appliques (Jan Kornfeind), pattern is called Cat & Dog Patches. It is for a quilt and/or cushions. I just adapted it for the small bags. The bags are 10 inches square.

You do lovely work! Those setting up the fete should be very happy with your items. Do you do this as a donation for a certain group, or are you selling for yourself? I could see these items selling very quickly! Thanks for sharing your ideas.
