Default Summertime Sampler - top finished

Here is the top for my Summertime Sampler by Erica Kaprow that I finished this morning. I changed the border using flowers that I liked better. Now I need to have it quilted and after that I may add a few more beads for detail. Being this is my first wool applique I am very happy with it - I do intend to do more wool applique as I now have a stash of wool - lol. Hope you enjoy seeing how all these blocks finally look when put together.

Thanks so much for sharing the adventure with us as each block was completed! It is so pretty! I admire you for trying wool appliqué. It's something I have never done, but now I want to try it too.

Wow! The colors are so vibrant against the black background. Excellent ! What size is this? No wonder you want to do more. The reward of seeing this finished so well must be incredibly fun.

    It measures 36" x 46" - a good size wall hanging
