ok here's the one with the block that was stained. I think i like this one the best. I'm NOT having a good day though and the borders just will not go on. I keep messing up and taking them back off but this is how it will look when I finally get them right.

Thanks for sharing this picture....I think I`ll do the same for my next Sunbonnet Sue...I just finished one so I understand about getting tired of the applique... :-)
