    I am not a huge fan of SBS, but this variation is simply delightful. Very beautiful. She'll love it!

    machine embroideried,yes? beautiful.. what size are the blocks please.. I love this one.. I made an applique one for my granddaugther years ago.. using strawberry shortcake fabrics... thanks for sharing..

    Machine embroidered-no. This was all hand embroidered. Not sure the size of the block, maybe 10".

    beautiful!!!!! I love SBS, that is the first quilt my mom taught me . That and with 1 1/2 in block Around the world. Of course back then we called it a postage block quilt.That was back in the 1940,s. lol We also called fabric material then too.So much has changed in the quilting world,then again not much.
