    Both quilts are very nice! I'm also working on a Sunbonnet Sue and Overall Sam quilt for my GD's Birthday too, but much bigger! Will post picture after completed! Thanks for sharing!

    My husband is a OSU grad ... do you mind me asking where you got the OSU panels..?? I love your sunbonnet sue quilt also..they are getting so popular right now..

    Oh, this is going to be pretty embarrassing to admit about the OSU quilt....it isn't a panel. Any of us who want to make OSU items know that they stopped selling their fabric because of copyright issues. I was told it was because OSU didn't want people to profit off of their copyright--if I made an OSU quilt and sold it for example. I think it's ridiculous because I don't think our making quilts or jackets or anything would put a dent into their money. However, the block OSU's I fussy cut from a sheet and the red and black strips are from pj's that I bought at KMart. They are both 100% cotton. I made an OSU quilt for one of my sons several years ago and I don't have a pic of it (DH deleted it from computer--that was when we shared a computer) but I'll get a copy sometime and post it.

    wow ! where did you get your buckeye fabric?
    Sometime in my life I will do a Sunbonnet Sue, but I have buckeye fans in my family.

    I love both quilts but have to say as a Buckeye fan (several grads in the family!!) I love that one bunches!! that had to be a lot of work.
