:-D :-D :-D I made this , this evening and I got the idea from a video I saw on www.phillipsfibertarts.com There is a patten but I watched the video and made it using my own measurements and such. There were no measure ments on the video. It only showed how make it with the Jewel Box Gems 5 & 10 rulers. It was easy to make, but I think it is going to be a wall hanging or a lap quilt. I did order her 3 D mariners compass book which includes the two tools used to make it. I bought the Jewel box Gems 5 & 10 rulers at the quilt shop and they also have some of the patterns to make with these rulers. Enjoy and have a great day, Huggies, Fay

I just bought my Mariner's compass book and rulers a week ago at a quilt shop in Shipshewana during the quilt show. i had been drooling and debating over the pattern on Phillips Fiber Art website for about a month and when I actually touched it, it had to come home with me!! Fantastic job on your block!!

Wow! You are quite talented to produce that from a picture. It is so striking and I would definitely use it as a wall hanging!
