    How fun for you!!! Beautiful quilt!!! It would be soo much fun to live next door to your sister, I bet you two make your neighbors grin a lot running back and forth to show each other your creations!!!

    Yes, JBS, People think we are cute bringing fabric across the yard, from time to time.

    Rein, The one you describe (looks like interlocking links) is called Plaited Block. My sister found it on the site quilters cache. I just write "quilt blocks galore" and it takes me there. Go in the alphabet section. She has LOADS of blocks.
