Today I got a really Sweet Surprise from a friend I met at the Houston Quilt Show. Debbie AKA debbieumphress sent me a Quilt Kit, Thread, Lotion and several little reminders of the Project Linus Booth where we met. Thank you, Debbie! It will take days to wipe this smile off my face:):)

Oh heck don't wipe that smile off, leave it on, it's contagious and someone just may need to catch it.

So glad it arrived and did not get lost. You were so sweet to look me up at the Houston show and introduce your hubby to me and you have been a great friend ever since. I love the Xmas card you sent to me too. Words work miracles. I also love that I was able to meet your sister on the board DSB. She taught me "the gift is in the giving". Enjoy the Project Linus tape measure. *H*U*G*S*
    Merry Christmas

P.S. I made the little purse for you to keep little quilty things in and the little dish towel too . I call it a Tawashi. Japanese for scrubbie but now you are ready "tawashi" the dishes. LOL

A gold star for you for being a beginner quilter and doing so well already.
