    The Name of the Pattern is "Emily's Roses Kitchen Set" By Michele Crawford I purchased it online at e-patterncentral.com for I think like $2.98 pattern also includes placemats.

    It was a lot of fun once I got past the Y-seams :)

    It's the same as insetting a block.

    If you go to Youtube and search Y-seams it will give you several nice tutorial videos..that might help you better understand.. Sorry Im not good at explaining :(
