    That is a great little topper !!!
    and yes....ever since the "Watercolor Quilts" craze from many years ago i have done dozens of quilts with the fusible interfacing method. It can be a great time saver as you can sew very fast and still get perfectly matched points and corners. The only thing i do differently is that i slice the seams open and iron them open. Anyway, I'm sure i'll do many more that way in the future too.
