Default Take 5 on point

What a difference it make to put the blocks on point. My first of take 5 and first at on Point. I was thinking Of a name and only the old would remember the song "I Love you a bushel and a peck". I was thinking to name this quilt A BUSHEL & A PECK. or it could be Cheaper by the Bushel. Thanks for looking. Tell me which name you like better please.

I like Bushel and a Peck. I am old enough to remember that song and now I can't get it out of my head. It's going to be a real pretty quilt.

I just looked up the Peck and it is 1/4 of a bushel or 2 gallon. A bushel is 8 gallon. My DH is 6 yrs younger than I and he thought the Peck was a kiss. I had to tell him how the song goes. I love you a bushel and a peck and a hug around your neck. That is all I can remember.

I remember that song too and think the name would be very appropriate for your quilt. Now I am going to go get an apple to eat. For some strange reason I am suddenly craving apples.

The on point set really adds some zip to a standard pattern. Good idea.

I only remember the first 2 lines, my dad sang it to me (I'm not that old - only 42). Haha. I sing it to my boys. I think it fits your wonderful quilt.
