    I love your tale of woe! Not your woe, but the way you expressed your effort. The quilt is beautiful! You'll be a really good quilter, don't stop.

    You did an amazing job on this quilt!! I'm so sorry that you had problems with your iron, but you overcame it and the end product is wonderful!! Yes, you are a quilter!!

    Ah yes you were born to be a quilter, we are a very determined group. I like to think of us as pioneer stock. Not too many things deter us. Carry on, you're doing great. Yes, tuck the extra length under and over the pillows. No one will ever know. That's quite the scorch mark, glad you could work it out. Good on you for sticking in there.

    I feel so bad that you had to go through this....accidents happen, we know that, now go on and quilt some more..you ARE a quilter and quilters never quite....we stitch through it.
