    Yes, if you wish, but maybe you'd like to try a table runner or something and then you'd have a piece of each quilt you made for someone special, and it would always talk to you and tell a story when they ask about this part or this part, that is the best thing about the selvages, they have a beauty of their own.

    Hello, yes you could if your weren't going to use them. But maybe you'd want to make a table runner or palcemats. Then you'd always have a piece of the quilts you made and it would be a topic of conversation at the table and you'd always have a story to tell of that particular person. They are really fun to work with. They have so many categories and color sections, and are very friendly to work with.

    The first time I heard of using selvages to make a quilt, I thought why? Then I saw the first one at a quilt show this spring. It was done by a friend of mine. I thought it was fabulous. I love yours, too. It just works.
