    Living at the beach, I love anything nautical but I just have to tell you, this quilt is simply amazingly beautiful!! She will love it...and if she doesn't you just pop it in the mail for me!! LOL!!

    I probably would put something like a light house, very small and unobtrusive, on the horizon to give it some depth and perception.
    Before committing...cut out your pieces and see how it looks before permanent...
    I love it...beautiful.

    Beautiful! Acrylics are hardy- unless they are put on thick and lift, you can't get them off, no matter what!

    Have you tried any of the Dy-na-Flo paint/dyes? They are more like dyes, very blendable, and you can dilute and layer like watercolors, airbrush, dip, and such. They don't affect the "hand" of the fabric as far as I can tell.

    Nope, not yet, but I definately want to try them!
